Care Ministries
At Bonhomme, we believe no one should walk through life’s challenges alone. Our Care Ministries are here to walk alongside you and your loved ones during times of celebration, transition, illness, or loss. Through prayer, presence, and practical help, we extend the compassion of Christ to all in need.
Card Ministry
Our Card Ministry sends thoughtful, handwritten cards to members age 75 and older on their birthdays, as well as to families welcoming a new baby, or anyone facing illness, loss, or life struggles. It’s a simple but powerful way to remind others they are loved and remembered.
Caring Connection Visitors
This team brings comfort and companionship to our homebound members through regular in-person visits. These personal connections offer encouragement and a sense of belonging to those unable to leave their homes.
Floral Visiting Ministry
Each week, worship flowers are rearranged into smaller bouquets and delivered to individuals who are ill, recovering, or homebound. These beautiful floral gifts are a reminder of God's love and the care of the church family.
Heart and Soul Ministry
Heart and Soul is a vibrant ministry that brings together students and adults with special needs for fellowship, worship, and Biblical teaching. The group meets on the first Wednesday evening of each month to share God’s love and joy.
GriefShare
GriefShare is a Christ-centered, Biblically-based support group for those who are grieving the death of a loved one. Meetings are held weekly and rotate quarterly among four area churches. Wherever you're at in your grief journey, you are welcome to join.
Hospital Visitation Ministry
When a member of our church family is hospitalized, our pastoral and professional staff are available to visit, pray, and provide support. If someone you know is in the hospital, please let us know so we can care for them.
Homebound Communion
We bring the Lord’s Supper to those who are homebound due to illness or age. A team of pastors and specially commissioned elders provide this meaningful connection to the life and worship of the church.
Meal Ministry
Whether someone is welcoming a new baby, recovering from surgery, or navigating a crisis, a warm, home-cooked meal can be a real blessing. Our Meal Ministry team prepares and delivers meals as a tangible expression of care and support.
Newborn Ministry
Welcoming a new life is a sacred and joyful time! Our Newborn Ministry visits families with newborns to offer a meal, a handmade cradle cross, and other thoughtful gifts—along with support, prayer, and resources as needed.
Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministers are trained, compassionate caregivers who walk with you through life’s most difficult seasons. They provide confidential, one-on-one emotional and spiritual support when you need it most. Stephen Ministers are the “After People”—those who show up after the crisis hits, when others may not know what to say or do.
Whatever your “after” may be—grief, illness, job loss, family struggle, or personal crisis—a Stephen Minister is here for you.
